Delayed New Year's Resolutions for GFS

I know it is already twelve days into the new year, but it is never too late to lay out goals for the new year.  I figure if I lay out my goals to the world I will be more inclined to follow up and work towards them, so here are some of (but not all) of the goals for the company over the next twelve months:

Move out of the apartment: I currently run GoldFire Studios out of my apartment about a half mile off of campus.  It is great because I can walk (or drive when I'm lazy, so I usually drive) to class and still be near the "office," but in order to really get things moving, I need to find a real home for GoldFire Studios - an actual office.  I'll be graduating in May, so the search for that new home will heat up around then.

500,000 registered users: The GoldFire Studios network is currently approaching 200,000 registered users.  I think 2011 will be our biggest year yet, and think an attainable goal of 500,000 by the end of the year is a good target.  Hopefully it is much higher, but I've got to start somewhere, right?

5 Person Team: Like I said, right now it is only me handling every aspect of the business (programming, design (some art is outsourced), marketing, finances, customer support, etc).  I realize that it will be difficult to expand beyond where I currently am without getting some help, so I'm hoping to have expanded the team from 1 to at least 5 by the end of the year.

Third Game: This one is more of a daydream at the moment.  I've got lots of ideas floating around, but infinitely less time than needed to even think about starting another game.  With school ending in may, I'll have dramatically more time, but I'll still need a few of the other goals to work out before I think about this.

These are some of my major goals for the studio this year, but like I said, not all of them.  Things will invariably change as the year goes along, but hopefully I'll be able to post throughout the year about hitting some or all of these goals!
